What exactly does Sokuto do?
Sokuto helps independent operators and small teams reply faster without burning out. When a new request comes in via LINE, WhatsApp Business, or your intake form, Sokuto drafts a message and suggests time slots based on your availability (including Google Calendar if connected). You review and approve before sending—nothing goes out automatically.

No. Sokuto works with tools you already use—LINE, WhatsApp Business, and Google Calendar. Pro users can connect a LINE Official Account or WhatsApp Business number for direct integration. For personal LINE, Sokuto Relay lets you forward messages into your Sokuto inbox so you can draft replies and organize leads from your dashboard.
Does Sokuto send messages automatically on my behalf?
No. Sokuto never sends anything without your approval. It generates draft replies based on the inquiry and your business details, then you review, edit if needed, and approve before sending. You stay in control of every conversation. Optional follow-up reminders are available, but those also require your approval before sending.
Which messaging platforms work with Sokuto?
LINE and WhatsApp Business are supported today. You can connect a LINE Official Account or WhatsApp Business number for direct integration. For personal LINE, Sokuto Relay can forward messages into your Sokuto inbox. Personal WhatsApp support is on the roadmap.
How does Sokuto handle different languages and cultural tone?
Sokuto drafts replies in Japanese, English, Italian, or Chinese with a natural, professional tone. You can switch languages per conversation, and you can always edit before sending.
How does booking and calendar integration work?
Connect your Google Calendar (other calendar integrations coming soon) and Sokuto will read your availability to suggest time slots that actually work for you. When you send those slots to a client, they receive a booking link. Once they confirm a time, Sokuto automatically creates the calendar event and updates the lead status to 'Booked'—no manual data entry needed.
How accurate are the drafts and time slot suggestions?
Sokuto is designed to reduce mistakes by suggesting time slots based on your schedule preferences, existing reservations, and calendar availability (when connected) and by keeping every message in a review-and-approve flow—nothing is sent automatically. For the best results, link the conversation to a lead and save key details (like preferences or constraints) so future drafts can reference what you’ve stored.
What happens to my data and client information?
Your data stays yours. Sokuto stores only what's necessary to help you manage conversations and bookings. We aim to align with APPI and provide tools to help you present clear consent language on intake pages. You can request to export or delete your data anytime. We never sell your information or use it to train models for other customers.
Can I try Sokuto before committing?
Yes. Sokuto offers a 7-day Pro trial so you can test all features with real inquiries. After the trial, you can continue on the free Starter plan or upgrade to Pro. You keep all your data and settings regardless of which plan you choose.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro plans?
Starter is free and includes basic lead management, AI draft replies (with monthly limits), and manual booking coordination. Pro adds 500 credits for AI drafts, direct LINE OA/WhatsApp Business integration, automated calendar sync, priority support, and an upgraded AI model for more consistent draft quality.
