Helping independent operators reply first, without burning out

Sokuto is a messaging and booking copilot for people who live in their DMs — founders, guides, trainers, studios, and other independent workers. It helps you triage new inquiries, draft polite replies, and organize bookings so you can focus on the work only you can do.

Our mission

Independent operators and small teams win when they respond quickly, but real life gets in the way. Messages pile up across LINE, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email while you are in sessions, on tours, or simply trying to rest.

Sokuto exists to reduce that DM chaos. We want you to feel confident that new inquiries are captured, answered in a friendly tone, and moved toward a clear next step without needing a full-time coordinator.

What Sokuto helps with

When a new request arrives, Sokuto gives you one place to review the details, prepare a reply, and keep track of what happens next. It is built around the flow from “first message” to “confirmed booking” — not complicated admin screens.

  • Draft replies in natural Japanese, English, Italian, or Chinese so you do not have to start from a blank screen.
  • Keep a simple timeline of leads, messages, and bookings instead of scattered chats and notes.
  • Propose times and share links that fit into your existing calendar and tools.
  • Set gentle follow-ups so good leads do not quietly disappear.

Who we support today

Sokuto is designed for people whose business depends on timely, respectful conversations with clients and guests. Many of our early users share the same pattern: most of their work is great, but the back-and-forth to get there is exhausting.

  • Inbound tour and experience operators who host travelers and need to reply across time zones.
  • Wellness studios, personal trainers, and independent salons managing bookings via chat.
  • Photographers, creators, and other appointment-based professionals.
  • Tutors, coaches, and consultants who schedule sessions over messages.
  • Independent workers who simply want a calmer way to handle client DMs and appointments.

Why the name "Sokuto"

In Japanese, 即答 (そくとう, sokutō) and 速答 (そくとう, sokutō) both point to the idea of an “immediate / quick answer.” Writing it as “Sokuto” keeps that feeling while being easy to read and pronounce in many languages.

The name is a reminder of what matters most: not sending more messages for the sake of it, but giving people a clear, timely reply so they feel taken care of.

How we build

Sokuto is operated by Delgado G.K. (デルガド合同会社) under the TechBridge Solutions brand in Tokyo. We keep the product small on purpose: fast interfaces, respectful data practices, and no dark patterns.

Most of what you see in the app comes directly from conversations with people like you. We ship changes in small steps, watch how they behave in the real world, and adjust. If something in Sokuto ever feels like it was designed without your reality in mind, we want to hear about it.

Built with the people who use it

Sokuto started as a tool we wished existed for our own clients and partners: something that makes replying first feel easy instead of draining. Today we work alongside independent operators and small teams who care about every guest experience but do not want to live in their inbox. If that sounds like you, start from the homepage, try Sokuto in your own workflow, and tell us what would make it even more helpful.
